Nathan Xenophontos - Director
Nathan has been working as a broker for over eleven years and is extremely dedicated to his work. He goes above and beyond to ensure all of his clients a smooth process and takes pride in offering the kind of old fashioned, personalised service many don't expect to see in a modern business setting.
Nathan is highly qualified in all areas of mortgage broking. He is a fully accredited member of the Mortgage and Finance Association Australia (MFAA) and the Credit Ombudsman's Service. He has a diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, as well as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
As well as being a successful and experienced mortgage broker, Nathan has been a first home buyer, property investor, property developer and has experience with subdivision. Nathan has successfully completed numerous property developments in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and has attained a substantial property portfolio.
In his spare time Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, Max and Ava. He also enjoys supporting his beloved football team, the mighty Hawks.

Greg Simpson - Finance Broker
Greg brings more than 30 years of finance experience to the Homefree Mortgages team.
For eight years, Greg worked for a major bank, as a business banking manager. Greg specialises in commercial lending and vehicle and equipment finance.
Greg is a Ferntree Gully local, who enjoys spending time with his family and watching his son play football, in his spare time. He loves listening to rockabilly music and cheering on his favourite sports teams.

Edward McInerney - Finance Broker
Edward McInerney has had many years’ experience in helping find his clients the lending products they need. He prides himself on his detailed approach and ongoing service, ensuring his clients are satisfied at settlement and into the future.
In his many years as a finance broker, Edward has helped his clients in many ways, such as financing their first home, upgrading to a family home, refinancing their current homes for a better rate/more suitable product, refinancing complex investment portfolios, and even looking after their commercial business needs.
In his spare time, Edward enjoys spending time with his young family and renovating. With many years’ experience in renovating, Edward understands not only the renovation process, but also investment, selling and buying real estate from a personal and professional point of view, and can relate to your needs.

Robyn Swanwick - Customer Relations/Loan Writer
Robyn is our Customer Relations officer and loan writer and has been with the team at Homefree Mortgages for four years now.
Robyn has an extensive background in administration and customer service, as well as an associate diploma in arts - Graphic Art.
Prior to joining the team at Homefree, Robyn had taken a few years off to be a stay at home mum to her two beautiful children Mia and Ethan.
Robyn ensures that all loans are input correctly, as well as following through on all applications from the beginning to settlement.
You will be sure to speak with Robyn throughout your progress when dealing with Homefree Mortgages. She brings a breath of fresh air to the team and we can guarantee you will be comfortable in knowing she has everything under control when dealing with your application.

Jennifer McNamara - Administration Assistant
Jennifer is the newest addition to the Homefree Mortgages team. She is Homefree Mortgages' Administration Assistant, helping out with all administration tasks.
Jennifer has over 20 years experience in administration and customer service.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys being with her husband and son Blake, travelling and spending time with friends.
The warm and friendly Jennifer will be your first port of call when you phone, email or visit the Homefree Mortgages' office.
